PRO PLAYER® RETURN POLICY
All purchases made on PROPLAYER.com may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase date only under and subject to the following conditions:
- With the exception of items marked as FINAL SALE and other special circumstances, merchandise must have been purchased on proplayer.com to be eligible for a refund; we do not accept returns of PRO PLAYER® products purchased from any other retailers. To return PRO PLAYER products that were purchased from another retailer, items must be returned to the retailer from whom the merchandise was purchased.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within thirty (30) days of purchase; returns received after thirty (30) days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as the merchandise being re-packed in its original packaging, with all original tags/labels still attached to the merchandise AND unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Return shipment must include the packing slip, along with reason for return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, to purchaser by check if payment was in U.S. currency) and will include only the product price and tax amount.
- Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
- Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.
- Final sale items will not be refunded.
PRO PLAYER® RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact email@example.com to initiate a return. You will be asked to provide your original order number and information about the product(s) to be returned; instructions for shipping the items back to PRO PLAYER will be provided. Note that return shipments must include original packing slip and reason for return in the original packaging with all tags/labels still attached in order to receive a full refund. If the return is due to an error by you, original shipping cost will not be refunded; if return is a result of an error made by Pro Player, original shipping cost will be refunded. Determination of responsibility for the error shall be in the sole discretion of Pro Player.
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for PRO PLAYER to receive your return(s). You will be refunded to your original form of payment within seven to ten (7-10) business days immediately following our receipt. It may take one to two (1-2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly statement. PRO PLAYER will send you an email notification when we’ve finished processing your return.
PROPLAYER.com does not offer exchanges.
WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED:
If we made an error on your order, please contact us by email immediately following receipt of your purchase with a detailed description of the error at firstname.lastname@example.org; our staff will be happy to help. Shipment errors must reported no more than ten (10) days following receipt of your purchase in order for them to be considered.
PRO PLAYER reserves the right, from time to time, to make changes, corrections, additions and deletions to its return policy. However, the return policy in effect at the time of your purchase will always be honored.
